Thank you so much! It took me quite a while to make it using paper clips for support.

Is it sculpted onto a metal skeleton underneath? My brain would explode if I tried to do something like that :XD: It looks very cool, super job!

Just found the tanuki in your gallery, omg!

The little scenes you do with trees etc. are very cute too =D

I bended a bunch of paper clips and built support for the whole thing then I cover it with tallow and carve details. Tallow is very sensitive to temperature so I really had to make support or else it would just melt and collapse when I try to make it shine by blow drying the surface. It came out really good for my first time playing with Tallow.

Could it melt from your body heat or from being touched? :dead: Sounds like tricky stuff to work with!

Yeah it can melt in your hands kinda like sculpting with shortening. But luckily I have cold hands. It's quite tricky to play with it, especially the white tallow. Dirt sticks to it like crazy!! I had to cover the piece up with plastic whenever I'm not working on it. I had a really hard time keeping it clean with the Polar Bear piece [link]

The polar bear is very cute :aww: I can imagine how easy it would be for it to get dirty, that must have been a pain. What's underneath the white tallow? Did you use the same technique as with the scorpion?
