Your work is very, very good. I especially like the cakes you've done, but your miniatures are very nice too. You definately have the patience this type of work requires. I started cake decorating in 1982 when I made my own wedding cake. What with working full time at another job, I made cakes for friends and relatives over the years, but took a break for about 8 years. I've just gotten back into it and discovered a whole new world of cake decorating, and I'm in my glory. I absolutely love it too. You are very talented indeed. I found a website called "CakeCentral" which is absolutely wonderful. Professionals and Amateurs alike are signed onto it and we all display our projects and get comments from people, and we can discuss matters in the forums. It's really great, you should check it out. I'll be watching for any future downloads from you. Happy Baking!!!!!

Thank you so much! You totally boost my mood and confident. I will definitely check out that website. I'm working at a bakery right now but it's mostly breads and cupcakes that we make there. I'd love to be able to make more creative cakes and crafts, but it really is time consuming and hard to make a living with. I do it on the side whenever I can because I just totally love that type of work. I really enjoyed looking at your gallery, I look forward to seeing more creations from you too!
